A live version of "Suzy Lee" was also on the CD single of "Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground"

Screwdriver

[edit]

I was looking at this article and I saw that Screwdriver was inspired (or something) from a screwdriver that Jack saw on his table. After several weeks or so, I looked at the page again, and it was because Jack witness a robbery on a subway. What is it? Subway robbery or table screwdriver? --S-man 05:25, 15 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The only one I've seen elsewhere is the first. It's possible the song is about both, and it's possible that Jack has given two different answers. The solution is simple: everything should have a source. Notinasnaid 10:33, 15 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, I recently found out that it was the first : screwdriver on the table. --S-man

Broken Bricks

[edit]

I only have this on vinyl so I'm not sure if it's different on the CD version, but Broken Bricks on the LP is the second to last track...Is the CD different or did someone make a mistake?

The listing here's the same as it is on the CD version. So yeah I'd guess they are different. Soulsonic Bambaataa 18:55, 3 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

My vinyl has the same tracklisting as the CD version with Broken Bricks as the first track on side 2. 84.157.198.86 (talk) 09:45, 30 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Release date

[edit]

Why do both my CD and LP say "C and P 2001" when the album was released in 1999? Is this a re-release? It also says "XL Records" instead of "Sympathy for the Record", so I'm guessing that yes... should this be mentioned? 84.157.234.223 (talk) 09:43, 30 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The year you have will be when your copy was printed and XL records are the UK distributors. --JD554 (talk) 10:06, 30 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
