Connection[edit]

Hmm - it reads as though the 1970s body was effectively an attempt to implement the original 1920s plan, rather than two bodies that just happens to share the same name, as the start of the second half implies. Does anyone with a greater knowledge feel we should structure the article as such? Timrollpickering 15:08, 30 Sep 2004 (UTC)

I've refocussed this page on the 1920s body. The 1970s proposal is separate. Maybe a DAB page is called for. jnestorius^(talk) 15:22, 21 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
