Lots still to tidy up here, notably:

  • Format is obviously inconsistent.
  • Names of movies. Compare The Witness (1969 film) with Witness (1985 movie). The use or not of the article the in these titles is correct in both cases, the question is: Film or movie? There's probably a Wikiproject already looking at that, if not there should be. Or there may be a policy already.
  • Redir should be avoided. I'll get to those.

But, at least now we have a disambig page that points to the Harrison Ford movie! Neither did before. Andrewa 17:05, 11 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I'm new and still learning how to use wikipedia. Need some help, please. Made a link from the Peter Gabriel page to Witness, meaning the nonprofit organization by that name. But it automatically brings the visitor here. Would someone who knows how please make it go instead to a page on that nonprofit, the URL of which is www.Witness.org Thanks for helping a newbie.

I was looking at the page of Jessica Simpson and if you click the link for "The Witness", which is an upcoming movie, it redirects to this disambiguation page.64.180.184.69 (talk) 06:30, 24 July 2008 (UTC) Please leave the refernce to witness, formerly known as Popan in te article. it is right and proper that it is there. By all means edit if not a professional finish but to take it out without any discussion.. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.196.228.98 (talk) 19:17, 21 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Notability/spam issues aside, disambiguation pages aren't web directories. Wenttomowameadow (talk) 13:09, 5 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
