Fifth filter provides poor description
[edit]The description given of the fifth filter really doesn't explain its nature. Its been a long time since I read the book but a quick google of other sources confirms that in general this filter is about using a common enemy to marginalise dissent. Perhaps someone with a better recall of the book can rewrite this element. Carl weathers bicep (talk) 09:03, 25 April 2024 (UTC)
