Heard on Penn Jilette's Sunday School podcast (Jan 19, 2014), a 'jasper' is a type of or term for a magic act or side show plant, a member of the audience who is in fact part of the act who heckles or talks with the performer but does not go on stage or physically participate in the act. 99.44.45.119 (talk) 06:05, 12 February 2014 (UTC)
