What theoretical change management issues are commonly encountered with change management programs and intervention tools?

I reverted to the pre-81.249.65.160 page because I couldn't understand their edit (what is 'global network posts in post ( p2p )'). Feel free to add back in some or all of their edit if you believe it's good. Maximus Rex 12:44, 7 Jan 2004 (UTC)

I also had difficulty understanding some of it. I think what 81... did was to explain a software package that he/she was familiar with (BWA) and show how it can be used in change management. He did the same thing at management accounting. It should be rewritten in a way that stresses the specific software less, and stresses change management more. I am not familiar with the software so I cannot do the edit, maybe someone else can. mydogategodshat 16:31, 7 Jan 2004 (UTC)

Who Moved My Cheese is a shallow, all but meaningless book encouaging people to accept change without any thought, which is very bad HR. The book has no place being given such a prominent link in its own section in an HR article.
