The last sentence of the lead section seems to imply that the Grimms sanitized the tales after Bruno Bettelheim published his psychoanalysis thereof. It would perhaps be better to rephrase ?
good point. at least, there should be a citing for how the Grimms themselves may have eventually sanitised their works, and a mention of which ones, perhaps? Stjohn1970 (talk) 14:33, 15 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
