Linguistics of the use of Cote d'Ivoire

Hi, there's a move discussion at Talk:Ivory Coast#Requested move 27 June 2024 about moving to Cote d'Ivoire per it overtaking Ivory Coast on ngrams, but there are questions whether it can be considered an WP:ENGLISHTITLE. Hello! I'm working on Writing system, and there's an image of a printed Balinese Bible passage. I would like to improve the caption; would anyone be able to read it and either say which book of the Bible it is for me, or provide enough of a transcription/translation for me to figure it out myself?
